Hibiscus

The Hibiscus is part of the family Malvaceae. Along with about 200 other species of flowers which belong to this family, the Hibiscus is widely popular here in the Uk as a garden flower and comes in many rainbow shades and colours. There are many uses of this flower which include ingredients used in herbal teas and uses in Indian traditional medicines.
