Cabbage

The cabbage has a round cluster of green leaves that like the cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower all come from the Brassicaceae family. Native to the Mediterranean region the cabbage is widely popular and used in for cooking in soups, stews and along side carrot in coldslaw. There are many varietes of cabbage which include the red cabbage, baby cabbage, Savoy Cabbage and white cabbage.
