Buddleja

The Buddleja plant is sometimes known as and spelt "Buddleia". There are many species of the buddleja in many parts the world and commonly found in Asia, parts of America, Chile and Africa. The flowers of this plant come in a variety of colours which include yellows, purples, reds, pinks and white and the small fruit that comes from the plant contains lots of tiny seeds. A common species of this plant is known as the butterfly bush which attracts lots of butterflies and bees. The buddleja is a fast growing plant and needs plenty of sun light and soil that is fertile and well drained.
